Business communication technology

ComsJetty: one business number and address, every reply back to you.

ComsJetty is Traffic Masters' communication product. A business gets one frontend number and one email address on its own domain, sends texts and email from them, and every reply forwards to the phone and inbox it chooses, so personal numbers and inboxes stay private.

  • A frontend number with replies forwarded to you
  • Email sent from your own domain
  • Opt-out and sending checks before messages go out

One number up front, your phone behind it

Customers see a frontend number for the business. Texts go out from that number, and when a customer replies, the message forwards to the phone you pick.

You can change who receives replies at any time without changing the number customers know, and the segment count is shown before a text is sent.

Email from your own domain

Email goes out from an address on the business's own domain, and replies forward to the inbox you already use. Setting up the sending domain and its DNS records is guided step by step.

Checked before anything is sent

ComsJetty is designed so a message can be sent with one request from an app, a CRM or a script, with no form or inbox to build.

Numbers, addresses, opt-outs and sending limits are checked before anything leaves, and every message is logged with its delivery status.

A guided setup

Setup runs through four steps: choose where text replies go, connect the sending domain, write a test message and run a final check. The ComsJetty website includes an interactive preview of the whole setup.
