The process has five steps: record a swing, pitch or fielding play on any device, upload it, receive the coach's breakdown and improvement plan, train with the assigned drills, then upload a new video to reassess.
Each round builds on the last, so feedback leads to practice and practice leads to the next review.

Coaches break down an athlete's mechanics in the video and give specific, practical notes. They then assign drills aimed at the areas that need work before the next assessment.
